Financial Responsibility

Getting out of debt is one thing, making the change in your spending habits and money management is another.  One of the best things you can do once you graduate from our debt settlement program is move forward with a new attitude towards your finances.  Learn how to create a budget for yourself and stick to that budget.  Write down what you are spending your money on so you can see where the money is going and make an assessment on if and where you should cut back on spending.  Shop around for bargains, do not buy things unless you need them and save for things you do not need but may want to treat for yourself.  There are so many ways to avoid credit card debt and once you have graduated from our debt settlement program and have a clean slate, you will be WANT to stay away from accumulating credit card debt again.  BEWARE, the credit card companies may not be sending you cards right away, but chances are that in time  they will be back to sending you credit card applications in hopes that you will charge away and be back under the burden on overwhelming monthly bills.
